The MAAR MLS uses the SentriLock lockbox system, developed to include some of REALTORS^®' most frequently requested features. SentriLock's system is web-based so all lockbox settings and showing information are easily accessible from any computer, tablet or mobile device.

SentriLock^® training classes are held every Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. in the Corner Conference Room at MAAR. Registration is required for weekly training classes. Members may contact Member Services, 901.685.2100, to register.

Discontinuation of SentriCards^®

SentriCard^® users be advised that SentriCards^® are being discontinued. Effective Jan. 1, 2022, agents will no longer be able to use SentriCards^® for lockbox access. SentriCard^® readers will become inactive and SentriLock will end support for SentriCards^® and all SentriCard^® services.

SentriCard^® will need to transition to using the SentriKey^® Real Estate mobile app and/or website to access lockboxes. The SentriKey^® Real Estate mobile app is available for Apple and Android devices via the App Store and Google Play.
