Affiliate membership is available for those who work in conjunction with real estate professionals but who do not sell real estate, including title companies, mortgage bankers, closing attorneys, home inspectors, insurance agencies, staging companies, et al.

Keep in mind, Affiliate membership is granted on an individual basis, not a company basis. Only one person can hold Affiliate membership. Each representative of a company must join separately.

Affiliate members are given the opportunity to connect with members through event and continuing education sponsorships throughout the year.

As an Affiliate, you’re always welcome to attend all MAAR events, including major events such as the Installation & Reception, the Annual Meeting and the Honors & Awards Luncheon, where one Affiliate member is recognized each year through the MAAR Affiliate Member of the Year Award.

The Association also hosts an annual Member Appreciation & Affiliate Expo, a flagship event for Affiliates. Each year, dozens of Affiliates pack an event space with personally decorated booths and give away prizes and promotional materials. Hundreds of MAAR members attend this event each year and any affiliate with a booth gets face time with every one of them! It’s a great way to network and reach potential clients.
