The Pinnacle Awards were started in 2002 by a group of Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® members who wanted to spotlight commercial industry leaders and encourage involvement in MAAR.

In 2003, MAAR developed the MAAR Commercial Council, the first local organization specifically for Memphis-area commercial real estate professionals. The Pinnacle Awards are one of many services the MAAR Commercial Council provides to support its members and encourage networking among commercial practitioners. The awards continue to evolve to meet the expectations and needs of the membership.

Join us for the 25th Annual Pinnacle Awards, recognizing excellence in the commercial real estate industry.

As always, we will highlight such distinctions as the Top 25 Producers, the Pinnacle Producers Club and category brokers of the year! Enjoy a brief program recognizing the industry's top commercial real estate producers from 2024, then spend the rest of the evening mixing and mingling with your commercial colleagues.

    Note: You will use this account for any future registrations with MAAR.
  3. After logging in, click "Menu" in the righthand corner, then select "Other Services."
  4. From the drop-down menu under "Other Services," select "Register for Events," then select "Commercial Council Pinnacle Awards" on the April calendar.
  5. Select "Add to Cart," enter your payment details, then click "Submit." You will receive registration confirmation at the email address you provided when creating your account.
