REALTORS® across Tennessee have been targeted in a text message scam attempting to solicit gift cards or other payments.
NAR has had reports of members receiving membership suspension emails; however, these emails do not originate from NAR.
The Association has been made aware of a crowdfunding email scam targeting members. These emails are not from MAAR and members are encouraged to delete them.
A local association has reported that its members have been targeted in, and fallen victim to, an imposter scam by individuals claiming to be law enforcement.

NAR members have reported receiving unsolicited calls concerning "NAR health insurance," however, these calls do not originate from NAR.
A member received an offer to renew their license through a third party for a discounted rate. Such offers are fraudulent; members must renew their licenses themselves.
