MEMPHIS, Tenn., Aug. 10, 2026 – Memphis-area home sales for July increased 1.0 percent from a year ago, with 1,363 total sales recorded in the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® MAARdata property records database. Sales were down 8.5 percent from June, when there were 1,490 total sales. The average sales price from July-to-July increased 3.3 percent, to $307,473. Inventory increased 2.5 percent, with 5,192 units listed for sale. July average DOM was 57, up 16.3 percent from the previous month. Sales volume YTD decreased 2.9 percent, to $2.37 billion.
