MEMPHIS, Tenn., July 10, 2026 – Memphis-area home sales for June decreased 6.8 percent from a year ago, with 1,490 total sales recorded in the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® MAARdata property records database. Sales were up 7.6 percent from May, when there were 1,385 total sales. The average sales price from June-to-June increased 4.7 percent, to $314,986. Inventory increased 1.9 percent, with 5,067 units listed for sale. June average DOM was 49, down 5.8 percent from the previous month. Sales volume YTD decreased 3.9 percent, to $1.95 billion.
