Peak performers in Memphis-area commercial real estate were recognized at the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® Commercial Council’s 25th Annual Pinnacle Awards gala, held at the Memphis Country Club.
Among the top awardees, Jeb Fields took home the 2025 Wyatt B. Aiken Broker of the Year Award; Michael Lightman Sr. won the 2025 Legacy Award; and Bill Dunavant III was inducted into the Commercial Hall of Fame. The Greater Memphis Chamber was honored with the Community Impact Award.
In 2025, the Pinnacle Producers Club completed more than $2.01 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
“It was a fantastic event where our Memphis-area CRE brokers came together and celebrated our best brightest. We also paid tribute to those who came before us,” said Commercial Council President James McCraw. “Commercial real estate brokers literally shape the city, and it was good to see us come together on one special night.”
During the event, McCraw noted that the Commercial Council’s annual Make-A-Wish Foundation golf tournament has raised more than $1 million to date. He also advised the council’s annual Commercial Forecast Summit is planned to be a breakfast event this year on Sept. 24.
