Nancy Gail Merryman Guy, 75, of Germantown, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Oct. 29, 2025. Nancy was not only a devoted wife and mother but a hard-working lady, a born leader, and excelled at everything she did. She earned her real estate license in 1977, made real estate her full-time job, and continued taking various real estate courses throughout the remaining portion of her career. Helping others was her true passion in life and through real estate, she helped families find not just a “house” but a “home”. She received multiple designations and awards such as serving as President and Vice President of various boards, and even voted by MAAR as “Realtor Associate of the Year”.
