About the Event

Since 2016, the Develop H.E.R. Women’s Summit has brought together hundreds of women from across the Mid-South for a one-day event focused on empowerment, connection, and growth. Each year, the summit provides valuable insights and meaningful networking opportunities to support women in their personal and professional journeys. Be sure to join us for our 11th annual summit on Friday, March 27, 2026, at the Renasant Convention Center — a day designed to inspire, uplift, and energize.

The Develop H.E.R. Women’s Summit features breakout sessions led by local leaders and experts, covering themes of professional development, personal wellness, and community leadership. Attendees look forward to engaging vendor exhibits, a luncheon celebrating top female leaders from across the region, and a Fireside Chat with HGTV Star Dr. Egypt Sherrod.

Over the years, we’ve welcomed an impressive lineup of keynote speakers whose stories have inspired and empowered thousands. Past speakers include Joan Lunden, journalist and television host; Susan Packard, co-founder of HGTV; Erin Brockovich, environmental activist; Dominique Dawes, Olympic-winning gymnast; Shiza Shahid, co-founder and former CEO of the Malala Fund; Sarah Thomas, NFL official; and Dr. Deshauna Barber, former Miss USA.
