The Commercial Property Forecast Summit, presented by the MAAR Commercial Council, is the Mid-South's leading event for commercial real estate insights. Join us for expert analysis, market predictions and emerging trends shaping the future of commercial property across the region.

We are excited to announce this year's keynote speaker will be Jef Conn. Jef is a commercial broker in Lubbock, Texas, and specializes in industrial and office real estate. Jef is highly involved in the real estate industry, serving at the local, state and national levels. He was the 2024 Chairman of the Texas REALTORS®, serves as chair of a NAR Committee and will be the NAR Commercial and Industry Liaison in 2026.

You won't want to miss the "Developing Memphis Together" panel discussion, led by Bobby White, the Great Memphis Chamber's Chief Government Affairs Officer. This panel will feature a dynamic lineup of public and private sector leaders who are driving growth across the region, from major development projects and infrastructure investments to policies shaping Memphis' economic future. Together, they'll explore how collaboration, innovation and strategic planning are fueling our city's next chapter.

This year's Summit once again includes a Vendor Expo, where attendees can connect with exhibitors, explore products and services, and expand their professional networks. The event will conclude with a networking reception featuring complimentary drinks and hors d'oeuvres.
