This class will help you recognize the diverse ways people think, personality types, communication styles and how these elements impact professional relationships. You'll also learn to leverage tools, systems and scripts to effectively manage encounters with difficult clients, other agents, service providers and others you encounter during the homebuying and selling process.

When all's said and done, you'll be able to identify techniques and strategies to transform challenging situations into mutually beneficial outcomes—and improve your happiness factor!

This course takes place over two (2) days. Attendance is required for both days.
