On February 14, 2025, Ceylon Bryan Blackwell, Jr. passed away peacefully. In the 1970s, Ceylon began a long and celebrated career in real estate where he was a sales manager and principal broker at Boyle Investment, founder of Pyramid Realtors, broker with Marx Bensdorf, and broker with Crye-Leike. Ceylon served as president, vice president and treasurer of Memphis Area Association of Realtors and was awarded REALTOR® of the Year by MAAR in 1985. He served as vice president and president of the Tennessee Assocation of REALTORS® and was a member of many committees of the National Association of REALTORS®. Ceylon was a Life Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club. You can view his full obituary here.
