In June 2022, the Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) transitioned to a third-party continuing education system, CE Broker. The new licensee portal will launch on July 8, 2022.

As a result, TREC has changed the way real estate education is reported. This means that TREC will no longer show continuing education credits on its website as done in the past.

To view your continuing education record with TREC, you will need to create a CE Broker account. TREC will send an email to licensees with their login information, however you may create your own account if you wish.

To create an account, follow these steps:

  1. Visit CE Broker.
  2. Click on 'Basic.'
  3. Enter your license number.
  4. Create a username and password.
  5. Enter the dashboard to see your continuing education.

Be sure to bookmark CE Broker on your browser for ease of access. You may also want to save your username and password in a secure place. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact CE Broker Support.

For the time being, licensees can utilize CORE or Verify to check their status for renewal or reinstatement. Although, due to the change in reporting, the hours that have been posted to CE Broker may not show on Verify or CORE.

Due to this transition, MAAR will no longer be able to view your CE record with TREC but we are here to help! For any questions, please contact the Professional Development Director, 901.685.2100.
