The TREEF Scholarship honoring Stephen Harding and Linda Woods—who retired in 2017 after 44 and 48 years, respectively, of dedicated staff leadership to our state association—is awarded each year to three (3) high school seniors.

The scholarship's purpose is to assist incoming college freshmen to a university, junior college or accredited trade school. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 2.3 on an unweighted 4.0 scale to apply.

The children, grandchildren and dependents of Tennessee REALTORS® members, as well as those of state and local Association staff, are eligible to receive this scholarship.

Applications for the 2022–23 Scholarship are being accepted now through Tuesday, May 31. The recipients will be announced by the end of June.

The Tennessee Real Estate Education Foundation, Inc. (TREEF) also accepts contributions to its scholarship program. All contributions are welcome regardless of size; however, more magnanimous donors are recognized as Associate ($100–$499), Bachelor ($500–$999), Master ($1,000–$2,499) or Doctorate Donors ($2,500).

Contributions may be made online or by mail. Mailed contributions should be made via check payable to TREEF—be sure to note the purpose of the gift, e.g., "Scholarship" or "In Memory of"—and sent to:
