MAAR members have reported receiving an increased number of unsolicited fraudulent messages appearing to be sent from local closing attorneys, banking institutions, or from Paragon.

These fraudulent messages have one thing in common: they provide very little information and direct you to follow a link or make contact using information provided in the email.

If you receive a message like the one in the screenshot below, do not click on the link provided and do not respond. Always be very cautious about following links in unsolicited email messages and be vigilant in protecting your personal information.

If you have any concerns about the legitimacy of a communication or request from MAAR, contact us directly to verify the content. We can be reached through Member Services, 901.685.2100.
