Last week, in the wake of the novel coronavirus pandemic, Gov. Bill Lee signed Executive Order No. 15, which will allow for the extension the deadlines for obtaining the required and continuing education necessary for real estate license renewals.

Executive Order No. 15 is effective as of March 19 and will remain in place until May 18. All renewals that expire(d) between March 12 and May 18 will be able to renew late without penalty.
