In August, the membership voted for Laura Flaniken to serve a two-year term as a REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® Director. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, Laura is not going to be able to serve.

Per the MAAR Bylaws, vacancies caused by resignation are to be filled by the Board of Directors for an appointment of one year. The Board of Directors voted to select Loura Edmondson to fill the vacant seat for 2020. Loura has served in 2018-2019 as a REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® Director, so currently serves on the Board.

At the 2020 Annual Meeting and during prior electronic voting, the membership will vote to elect a REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® Director for one year only (2021) to finish out Laura Flaniken’s term. This will be in addition to the REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® seat for 2021-2022.
