MLS invoices were sent to members in July for fees due Aug. 15. However, the Association has had reports of billing notification issues which seem to affect mostly Gmail users. It is our understanding that Gmail may have enhanced its security settings, which caused the invoices sent by MAAR to go to spam.
Billing invoices and notifications from MAAR are sent from email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. Gmail users will want to try to locate the notices in their spam folders and mark them as "Not spam" to ensure future delivery.
As a reminder, members may pay invoices online, including those who have been suspended. All members may want to add billing due dates to their calendars—Feb. 15 and Aug. 15 for MLS Usage Fees and Dec. 15 for membership dues.
