After receiving feedback from our members, we have made the decision to extend the hours for contactless pick-up for our members' convenience.
Beginning Monday, Sept. 21, the Association will offer curbside pick-up for lockboxes and REALTOR® Store items during full office hours! Members may call or email ahead Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and pick up the order that same day.
To place an order, contact Member Services, 901.685.2100. Orders must be prepaid with Visa, MasterCard or Discover. After payment is complete, Member Services will work on filling your order. All you need to do is come to MAAR to pick it up!
Call us when you arrive, but stay in your car! Staff will come to the door and put your items outside for contactless delivery, then they will go back in and wave from inside with a friendly smile. Please do not approach until staff confirms that your order has been placed outside. For everyone's safety, members will not be permitted inside the building and staff will not come into physical contact with anyone.
As a reminder, lockboxes are priced at $111, tax included. Our REALTOR® Store Merchandise Price List offers a full list of inventory and prices per item. Please note orders will not be taken or filled from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., which is designated as staff lunch hour.
