Appraisal changes are coming. Are you ready?

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are transitioning to Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 and a redesigned appraisal reporting format, including the new Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR). Beginning November 2, 2026, UAD 3.6 becomes the required standard for new appraisal reports submitted through the Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP) to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
