By the end of class you will have gained a comprehensive appreciation of the historical context of real estate laws, fair housing practices, and their relevance to your professional practice today, ensuring you are well-equipped to navigate and advocate within the current real estate landscape. This course satisfies the new NAR Fair Housing course requirement for the current renewal cycle that runs from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027.
