The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) provides home loan guaranty benefits and other housing-related programs to servicemembers, veterans and eligible surviving spouses. VA Home Loans are provided by private lenders, while the VA guarantees a portion of the loan.

This class will explain the benefits and eligibility requirements of VA loans, the types of assistance provided and the various VA loan programs, as well as how to effectively negotiate for and provide proper counsel to military veteran clients.
