The homebuying process can be complicated for your borrower. Pre-purchase education provides general instruction to increase knowledge and build new skills in the area of homeownership, such as homeownership readiness, affordability, money and credit management, types of properties and financing available, purchases, mortgages, closing processes, home maintenance and financial management.

MAAR members who take the course will get a chance to experience the path to homeownership as their borrowers do, allowing you to better understand the importance of the class and relate it to borrowers.

NOTE: Because of the circumstances regarding COVID-19 and MAAR's virtual office setting, this course will be livestreamed on Zoom. Please review our Guidelines for Attending Livestream CE Classes before registering.
