| Option 1. - Using the MLXchange IDX Solution - $8 per month |

| Option 2. - Allowing a consultant access to download data from MAAR's IDX servers for a custom made IDX solution. |

| Option 2.1. Hiring a consultant that has not already created an IDX solution for a MAAR IDX participant. (These forms are for the consultant and their employees to sign.) |
