To get a full yearly statement of everything that was paid, simply log in to your MAAR home page and click "Pay My Bill" in the QuickLinks section. In the lower left corner, click "Account Activity Report." Choose the parameters of your report and click "Submit."
Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® (MAAR)
Of the $160, 1.875% ($3) is non-deductible and $157 is deductible. The total non-deductible portion of the 2012 National, State and Local Membership Dues is $45.75.
Tennessee Association of REALTORS® (TAR)
Of the $100, 5.75% ($5.75) is non-deductible and $94.25 is deductible. The full $15 Issues Mobilization assessment is deductible.
National Association of REALTORS® (NAR)
Of the $120, 31% ($37) is non-deductible and $83 is deductible. The full $35 Public Awareness Campaign assessment is deductible.
