This year’s program will offer well-deserved recognition of the industry’s top producers from 2011 and a tribute to a company that has made a significant impact on the Memphis community.

The Pinnacle Awards event will be a night dedicated to showcasing the outstanding community of commercial real estate industry professionals in the Memphis area including the recognition of the inaugural Pinnacle Producers Club and Pinnacle Elite, along with awarding of the Commercial Broker of the Year and the Commercial Hall of Fame Inductee. And, in celebration of the future of the Memphis area commercial real estate market, the Commercial Council will present a surprise recipient with the Community Impact Award.
The Pinnacle Awards were started in 2002 by a group of Memphis Area Association of REALTORS
® (MAAR) members who wanted to spotlight industry leaders and encourage involvement in MAAR. In 2003, MAAR developed the MAAR Commercial Council, the first local organization specifically for Memphis area commercial real estate professionals. The Pinnacle Awards are one of many services the MAAR Commercial Council provides to support its members and encourage networking among commercial practitioners. The awards were re-vamped and updated for the 2011 ceremony, including the introduction of the Pinnacle Producers Club and the Community Impact Award.
