MAAR Members: How to Participate
Schedule Your Open House(s)
Keep in mind that just because your listing is in MLXchange, it does not mean it will automatically appear on the Mid South Open Houses website. Make sure consumers - and your fellow REALTORS® - can find your listings by scheduling your open houses in MLXchange. If you're not sure how, these simple instructions will walk you through it.
Tell Other Agents About Your Open Houses(s)
Add a short comment in the remarks section like "NOH" or "Nationwide Open House" to let other REALTORS® and their clients know it will be one of the dozens open on April 28 & 29.

Get Yard Signs & Blue Balloons
The REALTOR® Store at the MAAR Office has signs to suit all of your needs!
Blue balloons with the white REALTOR® logo will be distributed (limited to 5 per open house) Monday, April 9 through 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 27. The balloons are free for MAAR members. We will not be inflating balloons at the MAAR office. Please make plans to inflate your own balloons.
Important Note: Some municipalities (including Germantown and Collierville) have sign ordinances prohibiting balloons on real estate signs. To avoid possible problems, we encourage you to attach the balloons to the property itself, i.e., to the mailbox, porch railing, door handle, etc.
Opportunity is knocking! With prices at their most affordable, buyers may now be able to find their dream home at their price!
Just look for the blue balloons the weekend of April 28 & 29. Your dream house may be waiting for you to come home!
The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) has organized a Nationwide Open House Weekend in which REALTOR® associations from across the country, including ours, will be promoting open houses in their communities.
For the third year, MAAR members will participate in this nationwide effort to give prospective homebuyers the chance to view hundreds of homes in one weekend. This is a great way for buyers to discover the quality and affordability of homes currently on the market in the Memphis area.
