MLS & MAARdata
MAAR has operated a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for its members since 1954. MAAR's MLXchange system is a computerized inventory of residential listings, and it is available to members online 24 hours a day. At any given time, there are more than 9,000 listings in the MLS.
In addition, MAAR maintains an online tax database called MAARdata that contains information on all parcels of property in Shelby, Fayette and Tipton counties from public sources and area appraisers.
