MAAR tracks home sales in the Memphis area each month. The official market reports are pulled around the first of each month and posted on the Web site shortly thereafter (i.e., January sales numbers are pulled around March 1). Montly MLS sales reports are generated around the 15th of each month for sales in the previous month. For press releases describing the home sales for each month, click here.

Important Note about 2009 Statistics
Effective with the January 2009 report, MAAR changed its source of sales data for our official reportsfrom our Multiple Listing Service to MAARdata, a proprietary property records database covering every recorded sale in Shelby, Fayette and Tipton counties. As such numbers from previous years' reports will not be comparable to numbers in 2009 reports other than pending sales and active listings. Monthly MLS sales reports are included for member reference.
