MAAR Commercial Council members receive discounted subscription fees to
the MAAR CDX - Memphis’s only locally governed and proactively
researched property data exchange. MAAR CDX is powered by Xceligent, a
nationwide provider of cost-effective, accurate and timely listing and
research information specifically for the commercial real estate
industry.

There are two tiers of service available to MAAR Commercial Council members. Monthly service fees are paid directly to Xceligent:
- $55 per month (only available to MAAR members) - provides access to the listings, analytics, reports, and CDX mail
- $130 per month (discount for MAAR members; regular price is $160) - provides everything above, plus sales comparables and tenant database
Every subscriber is charged a one-time set-up fee of $150 paid directly to MAAR.
