REALTOR® And REALTOR-Associate® Dues & Fee Structure

REALTOR® and REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® Membership Dues. Total Membership Dues for Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® (MAAR), Tennessee Association of REALTORS® (TAR), and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) are $310 for the calendar year (effective January 2008). The due date for annual membership dues is November 15 of the previous calendar year. Membership dues are prorated for new applicants according to the month their license was received by the sponsoring broker.

MLS Usage Fee. MLS Usage Fee is mandatory for licensees of Multiple Listing Service (MLS) firms. The semi-annual fee of $246 is due on February 15 and August 15 of each calendar year. The fee is prorated for new subscribers according to the month their sponsoring broker received their license.

Affiliate Membership Dues are for Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® (MAAR) only. The dues are $200 a calendar year and are prorated according to the month the applicant joins MAAR.
