2006 Course Schedule & Descriptions

NOTICE
The Tennessee Real Estate Commission determined that all licensees who are required to complete 16 hours of continuing education to renew their license, must complete the 4-hour Mandatory TREC Core Course as part of the statutorily-required 16 hours, per renewal.

Cancellation Policy
Registrants must cancel any course 48 hours prior to the beginning of the course.  If the registrant fails to cancel within 48 hours, no refund or transfer of funds will be made.  In the case of a free course, registrants who fail to cancel 48 hours in advance will be charged a $15 fee. Cancellation can be through a telephone call (901-685-2100), fax (901-761-4003) or e-mail (nlundquist@maar.org).
