Multi Million Dollar Club


The Multi Million Dollar Club is an honor society created to give recognition to REALTORS® and REALTOR-ASSOCIATES® of the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® who have achieved outstanding sales performance during any one calendar year.

The club hosts several social events and networking opportunities throughout the year, including its annual Christmas Party, Gala Awards Banquet and an Election Luncheon. In recent years, the club has hosted an educational retreat to provide club members free CE credit from a nationally renowned speaker.

2008 Application Materials

Members can now use a special link from within MAARdata to print their application with 2008 sales included. If the MAARdata report is incorrect or incomplete, applicants must use the standard application form for any corrections or additions.

Application materials must be received at the MAAR office no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, January 9, 2009. Please carefully review all Rules and Regulations to ensure your applicatoin is complete.

YOU CAN NOW COMPILE YOUR TRANSACTIONS AUTOMATICALLY IN MAARdata

  1. Print the 2008 MMDC Eligibility Rules/Regulations, Checklist & Application.
  2. Using your Username and Password, log in to MLXchange. Click the “Tax” menu at the top of the MLXchange home page.
  3. When the MAARdata window opens, click the MMDC link in the Other Features section to the right of the page.
  4. Your data will automatically auto-fill in the application form. If additional transactions or corrections are needed, fill out the manual or Excel form for these transactions.
  5. Print the form and fill in information related to payment and application year. Then sign and obtain your broker’s signature.
