To resolve more complex issues related to members' computer hardware and software, MAAR technical support offers remote desktop support with WebInteractiveT online software, which allows MAAR's technical support staff to view member's computer screens remotely through a high speed Internet connection in order to assist with MLS-related problems and training needs. To set up a remote desktop consultation, call 901.818.2455.
