How to Join

Provisional Membership is granted to all applicants for REALTOR^® and REALTOR-ASSOCIATE^® membership immediately upon submission of a completed application form and remittance of applicable association dues and any application fee. Provisional members shall be considered REALTORS^® or REALTOR-ASSOCIATES^® and shall be subject to all of the same privileges and obligations of membership. The applicant must satisfy all of the requirements of membership (for example, completion of a mandatory orientation program) within ninety (90) days from the association’s receipt of their application, or membership may, at the discretion of the Board of Directors, be terminated. REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® Membership Requirements

Submit the following forms:
- Completed REALTOR-ASSOCIATE^® application signed by the Designated-REALTOR^® (principal broker) and applicant
- Copy of Affiliate Broker’s license
- MLS Key Box and Key Agreement (if applicable)
Pay fees and dues (if not previously paid)
Complete New Member Orientation within 90 days
Complete a REALTOR^® Code of Ethics course of no less than 2-1/2 hours within 90 days (can be taken in a live, classroom setting or online)
Complete MLS Orientation within 90 days (if applicable)
Election to REALTOR-ASSOCIATE^® membership by voting members

REALTOR® Membership Requirements (Non-Principal Broker)

Submit the following forms:
- Completed REALTOR^® application signed by the Designated-REALTOR^® (principal broker) and applicant
- Copy of Broker’s license
- MLS Key Box and Key Agreement (if applicable)
Pay fees and dues (if not previously paid)
Complete New Member Orientation within 90 days (if applicable)
Complete a REALTOR^® Code of Ethics course of no less than 2-1/2 hours within 90 days (can be taken in a live, classroom setting or online) (if applicable)
Complete MLS Orientation within 90 days (if applicable)
Election to REALTOR^® membership by voting members

Designated REALTOR®/Branch Designated REALTOR® Membership Requirements

Submit the following forms:
- Completed and signed REALTOR^® application
- Copy of Broker’s license
- Copy of Firm license
- Completed Firm Participation Agreement (For MLS Participation)
- MLS Key Box and Key Agreement (Optional for MLS Participants)
Pay fees and dues (if not previously paid)
Attend New Member Orientation (If not previously attended)
Complete a REALTOR^® Code of Ethics course of no less than 2-1/2 hours within 90 days (can be taken in a live, classroom setting or online) (if applicable)
Complete Designated REALTOR^® Orientation within 180 days (if applicable)
Complete MLS Orientation within 90 days (if applicable)
Election to Designated REALTOR^® membership by voting members

MLS Only Requirements

Submit the following forms:
- Completed MLS Only application
- Copy of real estate license
- MLS Key Box and Key Agreement (if applicable)
Pay fees and dues (if not previously paid)
Complete MLS Orientation within 90 days (if applicable)
