Governmental Affairs - Lobbying
The National Association of REALTORS ® (NAR) and the Tennessee Association of REALTORS ® (TAR) employ full-time lobbyists, who monitor legislation at the national and state levels affecting the real estate industry.
In addition, members of MAAR's Governmental Affairs Committee and MAAR Governmental Affairs Director Aubrie Kobernus track legislative and regulatory issues within Shelby, Fayette, Hardeman, Hardin, McNairy, and Tipton Counties.
