Ethics & Professional Standards Activity Reports
In an effort to maintain and improve professionalism in the real estate industry, MAAR periodically publishes professional standards activity reports to illustrate fair and consistent enforcement of the Professional Standards process, including ethics complaint, arbitration requests and Keycard/Lockbox complaints. Due to the confidential nature of these matters, only the violation and the discipline imposed are reported for ethics hearings and Keycard/Lockbox hearings. For arbitration requests, what is provided is that the matter was resolved through mediation or which party was awarded the money in dispute.
