Ethics
MAAR members subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, which was adopted by the National Association of REALTORS® in 1913 and requires that REALTORS® pledge to serve all parties in real estate transactions fairly.
MAAR enforces compliance with the Code and conducts hearings for conflicts among association members and consumers. MAAR also conducts arbitration hearings for conflicts arising between association members and member firms.
