REALTOR® and REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® Membership Dues

2011 Membership Dues
Total 2011 membership dues for the MAAR, Tennessee Association of REALTORS® (TAR) and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) are $385 for the calendar year. Membership dues are prorated for new applicants according to the month the applicant's license was received by the sponsoring broker as follows:

MLS Usage Fee

MLS Fees (biannually) $246 $492 per year
IDX Fees (biannually) $48 $96 per year

The MLS Usage Fee is mandatory for licensees of Multiple Listing Service (MLS) firms. The semi-annual fee of $246 is due on February 15 and August 15 of each calendar year. The fee is prorated for new subscribers according to the date the applicant's license was received by the sponsoring broker as follows:
