Applied Real Estate Investment, Development and Lease Analysis: What Numbers Really Count?
Topics for this course include: in-depth real estate investment and cash flow analysis, lease and lease versus buy analysis; how to analyze development sites, determine land values and profit potential, and factors that influence land values; site assembly and negotiating strategies; what numbers really count when analyzing real estate; and what are the implications for helping you list, evaluate and sell investment properties and development sites. This course is for commercial REALTORS or those who have attended the Intro seminar.

Pathways to Professionalism for Commercial Practitioners (Ethics)
This course will cover the background of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, arbitration versus mediation, and your duties to the public, the property, and your peers. It will also address the new and revised articles for the Code of Ethics for 2008 and incorporate several different case studies and class examples geared toward the commercial practitioner. This course will satisfy your 2005-2008 NAR Quadrennial Ethics Requirement.
